Hafren Kinmar® Removable Patented Security Fastener Tooling Policy 2025
For the protection of product integrity, safety, and security, Hafren and the Distributor have a shared responsibility to apply the following terms to all sales of Kinmar® Removable Tooling.
Note: this policy does NOT apply to the Kinmar Permanent Driver Sockets.
Internet sales, Online Transactions, and other Sales & Marketing Chennels:
- Kinmar® Removable Tooling cannot and must not be sold directly online; via any form of web page; nor physically in retail situations to unknown individuals. Nor via other form of other Distributor marketing matieral where the buyer is anonymous.
- Displaying images of the Kinmar® Removable Tooling is acceptable, however this is subject to a Hafren signed agreement. The Distributor must have prior written authorisation from a representative of Hafren Security Fasteners before displaying any image of the product.
- Specifying pricing or offering any facility to purchase Kinmar® Removable Tooling remotely (online) - whether directly or indirectly through a third party, is stricly forbidden.
Hafren Security Fasteners & Distributor's Shared Responsibility:
- The Tooling is only available to Hafren account customers who can prove that the Distributor's customer application is genuine and will not conflict in any way with bona fide users of this security product.
- Where Hafren agrees to a Distributor featuring the Kinmar® Removable Fastener or Fixing (note images only are permitted with sign off) within any of its marketing material, then they must also stipulate alongside it:
- The restricted availability of any Kinmar® Removable Driver Socket is to protect the integrity of the product and to maintain the highest level of tamper proofing in its function/performance as a security fastener.
- This policy applies to all Kinmar® Removable Tooling.
