UK Mainland Deliveries
- Next Day Delivery (DPD) - Free on orders over £75, or £10 for orders under £75.
Timed Deliveries:
- Next Day before 12:00pm - £14.50 + VAT
- Next Day before 10:30am - £34.00 + VAT
- Saturday before 12:00pm - £36.00 + VAT
- Saturday before 10:30am - £46.00 + VAT
(UK Mainland excludes Northern Ireland, scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Highlands. Please see below, or contact our team for delivery options in these areas.)

- Scotland Highlands (2-day DPD) - £20.50 + VAT
- Northern Ireland (1-2 day DPD) - £20.50 + VAT
- Northern Ireland (1-2 day Parcel Force) - £27.50 + VAT
- Guernsey/Jersey/Alderney (Next day DPD) - £27.50 + VAT
- Guernsey/Jersey/Alderney (2-day DPD) - £20.50 + VAT
- Scilly Isles (2-day DPD) - £20.50 + VAT

Order Cut-Off & Surcharges
- Same Day Despatch: Place orders by 4:30PM
- No Minimum Order Value: We accept all order sizes, big or small
- Split Box Surcharge: Orders of less than a full box quantity incur a 25% surcharge
Back Orders
We're happy to accept back orders for out-of-stock items.
- All back-ordered items will be re-quoted based on current stock items.
- Standard carriage charges apply.
- Out-of-stock items under £75 can be sent urgently for a £10 carriage charge or shipped with future orders when available.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship globally using tracked delivery services and can also use your freight account if preferred.
- Carriage costs vary by country, so online checkout is available for UK orders only.

Returns & Refunds
If you need to return items, contact us within 3 days of invoice date:
- Call +44 (0)1686 621 300 or email sales@hafrenfasteners.com with your invoice number and details of the items you wish to return.
- Wait for authorisation and a returns number before sending any goods back. Items returned without authorisation will not be refunded.
- Goods must be returned with the correct returns number and delivery note.
- Stock items over 3 months old will only be accepted prior approval.
- Custom-made or modified items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
Complaints & Damages
Report any issues, including damaged or short deliveries, within 3 days of receipt and confirm in writing within 7 days.
