Delivery & Returns Policy

UK Domestic (Not including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands and Highlands).

Most domestic (UK) deliveries are sent using our preferred carriers; DPD, Parcel Force or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders placed before 16:30 are despatched on same day. Deliveries are guaranteed to arrive within two days, with 98% being delivered before 18:00 next working day.

Subject to prior agreement Hafren Fasteners can also arrange timed deliveries or even same day deliveries in cases requiring urgent delivery.

Worldwide (Outside UK)

All delivery services used by Hafren Fasteners are tracked to ensure full traceability and quality of service. Hafren Fasteners can also use a customer’s own freight account to send order if required.

As carriage costs vary significantly from country-to-country this website will not accept payment from anywhere other than the UK. However, we do sell worldwide.

Anyone outside of the UK wishing to order should call us on +44(0)1686 621 300 or email us export@hafrenfasteners.com, where we will be able to provide a delivery cost for the products you are interested in.

Returns & Refunds

Before any unwanted materials can be returned to us please get in touch either telephone +44 (0)1686 621 300 or via e-mail sales@hafrenfasteners.com with the invoice number and what you need to return. We will then get back to you with what you need to do next. You have 3 days from the date of invoice to notify us (in writing) of any items you wish to return.

Under no circumstances send any materials back to us without getting in touch first as we will not guarantee any refunds.

Any complaint about the goods supplied including damage or short delivery shall only be entertained by the Company if made within three days of delivery and confirmed in writing within 7 days.

In the event that any clause in these conditions should not be legally enforceable, the remaining clauses shall still apply.

Return of goods will not be accepted from the Purchaser except when they have contacted the Company to obtain authorisation. A credit will not be issued until the goods are returned with the correct quoted returns number and the correct delivery note number. Return of stock goods over 3 months from date of order will not be accepted for return unless authorised by the Company. Non-stocked, bespoke made goods cannot be returned.

Acceptance of delivery shall be conclusive evidence of acceptance by the Purchaser of these conditions.

Custom Made Products: As you can perhaps imagine, we are unable to accept the return of bespoke or modified items unless they are damaged or faulty.
